Vianey has been a Licensed Professional Counselor for the past 20 years, catering to both youth and adults across diverse environments such as residential treatment settings, inpatient psychiatric facilities, outpatient programs, and individual therapy settings. Throughout her career, she has contributed her expertise to both non-profit and for-profit mental health agencies, collaborating with fellow professionals to enhance the well-being of youth and families.

In the last 8 years, she has excelled in the role of Business Development Specialist, ultimately leading a team of mental health professionals. In this capacity, Vianey has effectively shared her clinical skills and knowledge with community stakeholders, playing a pivotal role in facilitating access to high-quality mental healthcare for their clients.
