Sarah believes that “Everyone deserves a chance in life” and has brought that motto into her therapy and leadership practice.
Sarah has been in the field of mental health for 20 years. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida and her Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University. Her passion for working with individuals in the Military (active duty and veterans), First Responders, and those with Trauma, have led to her obtaining certifications as a Certified First Responder Counselor (CFRC) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).

She has served in various roles, such as Director of Clinical Services, Therapy Supervisor, Utilization Review Coordinator, Backup Program Director, Admissions Coordinator, and various other roles. Sarah is an Approved Supervisor in Tennessee and enjoys mentoring other therapists.

Originally from Florida, Sarah moved to Nashville in 2021and has loved living and working here ever since.
