I am passionate about all things related to mental health including walking alongside you as you navigate your way through challenges with anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, unresolved childhood trauma, women’s issues, marital challenges, and other relationship challenges.
I firmly believe that the foundation of therapy is a trust-based relationship. We all come from diverse backgrounds each shaped by a rich and complex tapestry of experiences. But, one thing that we all have in common as human beings is a deep need for connection, to be seen, heard, valued, and accepted for who we truly are!
As your therapist, I will strive to provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where you feel safe enough to process your trauma and pain, build self-awareness, set healthy boundaries, learn coping skills, build self-confidence, improve communication, overcome relationship challenges, and reach your mental health goals.
I believe that you, the client, are the expert of your life. No one knows better than you what you’ve experienced and what feels right for you. Therefore, I will honor your desires and goals towards improving your mental health and relationship challenges. I will collaborate with you in order to tailor therapeutic interventions that will point you in the direction of your goals that are realistic and suitable for you.
