My style is warm, collaborative, and deeply respectful of each person’s unique story. I understand that seeking support can feel vulnerable, so I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. I take a trauma-informed approach, guided by curiosity and compassion rather than a “one-size-fits-all” mindset. In our work together, I will gently but actively help you look beneath surface symptoms to uncover deeper patterns and root causes. I believe that meaningful healing requires both insight and action — ultimately helping clients build lasting resilience and a greater sense of self-empowerment.
There’s no real change without safety, so I do everything I can to make sure my clients feel genuinely cared for and supported. Once that trust is there, we can begin exploring what’s beneath the surface—whether it’s trauma, anxiety, depression, or life challenges—and work together toward healing, using tools like EMDR, IFS, and mindfulness, always at a pace that feels right for them.
