I’m a licensed therapist who helps adults navigate depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and difficult behavioral patterns. My approach is integrative and evidence-based, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Behavioral Activation, Brainspotting, and relational/parts-work interventions. I also provide psychoeducation and practical skill-building to help clients understand their struggles and make meaningful changes.
